Domonic Brown has finally earned his promotion to the Philadelphia Phillies, due to Shane Victorino's injury. Victorino has been placed on the 15 Day DL giving Brown a chance to crack into the starting lineup. Brown may provide the type of production they need to pull ahead in the NL East.
Domonic will start in right field as Jayson Werth slides over to center. I now seriously doubt Werth gets moved with Victorino on the disabled list.
In Brown's first major league at bat he launched a rbi double off Arizona's Edwin Jackson. Jason Heyward and Stephen Strasburg may have a little more competition for rookie of the year.
